The purpose of this website is to inform you of a class action lawsuit now pending in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (the “Court”) under the above caption (the “Action”) against Peloton Interactive, Inc. (“Peloton”) and Individual Defendants John Foley, Jill Woodworth, Hisao Kushi, and Brad Olson (collectively, “Defendants”).

The Court has not decided whether Defendants did anything wrong, and the Notice is not an admission by Defendants or an expression of any opinion of the Court concerning the merits of the Action.

All Persons who purchased or otherwise acquired Peloton Interactive, Inc.’s (“Peloton”) securities from September 11, 2020, to May 5, 2021, inclusive, and who were damaged thereby.

Your Legal Rights and Options in This Settlement

Submit a Claim Form by May 21, 2024	The only way to get a payment. See FAQ 9 for details.
Exclude Yourself by May 29, 2024	Get no payment. This is the only option that, assuming your claim is timely brought, might allow you to ever bring or be part of any other lawsuit against Defendants and/or the other Released Defendant Parties concerning the Released Claims. See FAQ 12 for details.
Object by May 30, 2024	Write to the Court about why you do not like the Settlement, the proposed Plan of Allocation, Lead Counsel’s application for an award of attorneys’ fees and payment of expenses, and/or an award of reasonable costs and expenses to Lead Plaintiff. If you object, you will still be a member of the Settlement Class. See FAQ 16 for details.
Go to a Hearing on June 20, 2024	Ask to speak in Court at the Settlement Hearing about the Settlement. See FAQ 20 for details.
Do Nothing	Get no payment AND give up your rights to bring your own individual action. See FAQ 21 for details.
